Bear Lake 4th of July 2012

The weekend after the Fourth of July for 2012 we went to Bear Lake, Idaho with our friends the Allison's and Bollinger's and their families. We camped on the East Beach at the Idaho State Park. We played volleyball in the water, went boating, knee boarding, wake boarding, and ate. A. and C. both knee boarded. The water was warm and very shallow. They loved playing on the sandy beach. We arrived Saturday after 2pm. We had to change our fuel filter in Montipilar, Id. So we were slowed down. We stopped to gas up the boat we pulled up and the boys collided into each other and A. got a split lip and C. got a sore head. We ate sandwiches for lunch and Tacos in a Bag for dinner. Sunday we  at French Toast from french bread, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice etc. Lunch was sandwiches and Dinner was dutch over chicken, fruit and anything. Then Monday we had mountain man's breakfast which is eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, peppers, tomato, onions all in one. We also had pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and oj. So we left Monday so Eli could attend class. I was not feeling so hot, cramping and my stomach hurt and more than ok many trips to the outhouse before we left. I thought I would make it back but outside of montipilar and soda springs we had to stop so I could puke along the road. I realized I do not chew my food very well. So anyway that continued for a few days. Good Diet.

Here are the pictures of our fun.

It was hot so we were by a canopy and we told C. to get out of the sun for a minute, he decided he like playing under the table with a four wheeler. Also the dogs were around us.

Side profile of Eli's sand creation. He would get handfuls of wet sand and then let it slide between his hand to his creation. If the water ratio to sand was not right it would not stick.

A. loved playing with all the water toys.
