Bears, Bears, and More Bears

So we went to the Teton Nat'l Park and Yellowstone for the 4th.  Yes, we decided to go have fun.  We saw 7 bears.  This bear was grazing on a buffalo that he drug to the river to avoid wolves.  We were in Larmar Valley, which is in the north easter portion of the Yellowstone.  He was so full he would lie on his back and stretch and pat his belly.  This is the largest Grizzly I have ever seen.  Eli was hiking so I took the boys and we got out of the car to see what the growing population was looking at I thought a wolf, nope better the bear.

Then we picked up Eli and took him to see the bear.  We watched and then watched some wolves in the distance.  We decided to leave it was around 830pm and as we were driving off A. says a wolf, first thought yah right. Then he says he is going to eat the bear so we look and a silver blonde wolf is about 20 feet from the bear.  We stopped and got a few shots, keep in mind it was getting dark and we were in the car and this was about 100 yards or more away.  So here is what we saw the bear could smell somthing but was slow to move, eating a buffalo can do that to you I guess I have never eaten as much as he had.  So then the wolf began to approach and he got up and was watching him.  Then the good park rangers were coming so we decided we better go before they get to our vechile and our tags were expired waiting to get those in the mail have the paper to show we paid. So we left to go and look in another area.
