Labor Day- aka Fun Days

So for Labor Day since 2002 we have been going with the Allison/Bollinger Family
up to  Jackass Meadows by Boone Creek, it borders Wyoming next to the Teton Nat'l Park,
we go up sleep in tents, others bring rv's, after two days those look nice.

The food is amazing not hot dogs but this year we ate:
Friday Night: Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Brats, cheesey potatoes, corn on the cob, salsa and chips
Sat. Breakfast: pancakes ( I brought strawberries and cut them up for the cakes), bacon hashbrowns, eggs,
Juice, hot cocoa to warm up an hour earlier, and I dont remember what else.
Sat. Lunch:  grazed on snacks
Sat. Dinner:  peas and potatoes, fried chicken pieces, chips and salsa
Ate awsome apple pie  & Roasted marshmellows
Sunday Breakfast::   French toast, scrambled eggs, I made fruit salad and added A.'s huckleberries, normal
syrup and huckleberry syrup, sausage patties, links, bacon, and hashbrowns.

Breakfast being prepared..

Activies:
They brought their 8 horses up so they went on a ride for an hour,
came back and then went on homoney.

Dan Fishler, Eli, Daniel-a relative to Matt Allison, and Brad Allison.
Dan rode blue, Eli rode Tonka, Daniel rode Chip, and Brad rode Bo.

The first ride A. rode with Eli.

A. loves to ride.

C. before they left, He also loves horses but we have not taken him on a long ride.

Dan getting ready for his ride, and his dad Mark helping him, giving him pointers.
Dont you love the pink saddle bags.

A. brought his baseball and tees he got for his birthday, truck, tractor, golf balls which he
would hit off the tee, the make a better hit sound- it sounds like the pros.

We walked around to see the creek

Sometime we shoot guns, for targets, we left before that,
but the older guys did shoot guns some of Seth's and it scared the horses and kids.

Huddled around the fire sometimes it was cold and very windy.

A. and a friedn he met kenzlie.

C. A. Kenzlie

Aren't they so cute.

I took this leaving and while driving, that is why the windshield is dirty.  It was really windy that day about 30-45 mph.  But I wanted to show how wooded it is.

I love driving up to the place, this is looking around at the farm land with the trees, and the dirt, it was really windy.

I have to post this since we camp by them but closer, this is about 20 minutes away but you can't get a clear view when you are camping of the Tetons Mts.  The day I took this it was really windy and caused it to be very hazy.

This is by left shoulder-what is left, C. bit me on the side where you rotate your arm and it hurt.
He drew blood, and it had a huge welt for several days.  Two weeks later it still has marks of teeth.
